Baby Steps...

"Please take babysteps and quit beating yourself up with procrastination. All it does is hurt you! When you hear yourself say, I don't have time, that is your signal to set your timer and do just two minutes." ~ Flylady

Flylady also says..."You can do anything for 15 minutes!" So when you don't "feel like" exercising or making healthy meals and snacks, just start anyway and do just 15 minutes worth. You'll be surprised at how motivated you feel after you get going and you may end up doing more...but 15 minutes is just fine!
