How to do it: Stand tall with your feet together. Step your left leg out to the side while bending your right knee (a side lunge). With both hands on your thighs, lower your hips as you feel a gentle stretch in your inner thigh. Pause for 30 seconds, then return to start position. Repeat on your other side.
Top Tip: Do not let your knee stray over your toes. Keep your knee right above your ankle. Keep every movement smooth and controlled.
