Food Log, Monday, 1-10-11

     1/2 PureProtein Bar                        100
     2 c Black Coffee

9:30 AM
     1/2 c Special K Cereal                       60
     1/2 c 1% Milk                                    55

1:00 PM Lunch
     1 c. Turkey Noodle Soup                 150 ?
     1/2 Gala Apple                                    40

Subtotal: 535 - ~200 Burned = 335; 1000-335=665 left for snack & dinner

5:30 PM Dinner
     1/2 c White Rice                                 70
     3/4 c Khoreste Karafs (Celery Stew) 200 ?
     1 c. Tossed Salad
     1 T Onion Dressing                             35

After dinner I kind of lost it...couldn't seem to get satisfied
     8 whole roasted almonds                     100
     very small pc of fudge                         50?

     1 crunchy granola bar                         180
     4 "soda" crackers and 1 wedge Laughing Cow light cheese  35 + 50

I don't know how many calories this is exactly but I think I'm around 1200-1250.

Exercise: 30 min Walking, moderate (maybe a 30 min mile), burned ~200 cal
