6:15 am (before workout)
1 Rye WASA Cracker
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
8:30 am (after workout)
1/2 PureProtein Bar
10:00 am Breakfast with Nasser
1/2 Whole Wheat Pita Bread (I didn't eat all of it)
1 oz Feta Cheese
5 Large Purple Grapes
1 cup Black Tea
