What I Ate Today

6:15 am (before workout)
  • 1 Rye WASA Cracker
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
8:30 am (after workout)
  • 1/2 PureProtein Bar
10:00 am Breakfast with Nasser
  • 1/2 Whole Wheat Pita Bread (I didn't eat all of it)    
  • 1 oz Feta Cheese
  • 5 Large Purple Grapes                                                 
  • 1 cup Black Tea
