I feel like I got a pretty good workout this morning! I had to work off those 6 or 7 Peanut Butter Blossom cookies I scarfed down yesterday in secret. Thank God they're gone and I no longer feel possessed. No...I couldn't just throw them away (Waste Not, Want Not!)
I went with Phyllis, my "workout buddy", to the gym at 6:30am. I did 10 mins on the Stepper, 10 mins on the bike, and 10 mins on the Treadmill, 2 of which I jogged. I stretched out, then did the upper body weight machines (less wt, more reps to tone); did 25 reps at 10-15 lbs weight. Really felt it in my arms. Stretched out my arms and got home around 8:30...ready to take on the day!!
